Shipping & Handling

Our handling time is one business day. However, there may be an occasional delay if we do not have all of the information necessary to process your order. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within 24 business hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or US Federal Holidays.

SHIPPING TIME -- We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, we simply have estimates provided to us by the USPS. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by our site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

USPS First Class International
Packages take six to 30 business days (our handling time, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in this estimate) to arrive via USPS First Class International. We know it is slow, but it is inexpensive and generally reliable; and it provides a great way for our customers outside of the US to receive items without a lot of shipping expense. The time for each package can vary. In fact, two packages mailed on the same day can take different amounts of time to arrive. And it won't always be the same amount of time for each shipment. The tracking number you see is actually not a tracking number. It is a customs number and any scanning or tracking we are told is done as a courtesy and always ceases when the item leaves the United States. We cannot track or trace USPS First Class International packages. If you have not received your item by the 25th business day from the day it shows it shipped, please contact us about your order. You must contact us by the 35th business day if you suspect your order is lost, otherwise we will not able to do help you.
